櫃台英文一直都是實用的英文。

1. 第一件事一定是打招呼: Good morning, Sir / Ms.(早安，先生/小姐。)
2. How may I help you? (我能為您效勞嗎?)
3. Just a moment, please. (請稍候。)
4. Thank you for waiting. (感謝您的等候。)
5. Could you fill out the form, please? (請您填寫這份表格，好嗎?)
6. I beg your pardon? (請您再說一次好嗎?)
7. I would like to apologize for the mistake. (我為這個錯誤跟您道歉。)

11.  Certainly, Sir / Ms. (好的，先生 / 小姐。)   切記: 正式場合certainly 比ok 還要更ok恰當喔!
