5 Things You Can Do To Be Positive

Are you tired of being negative about your life?  Would you like to change that?  If your answer is YES, please keep on reading.

1. Don’t wake up grumpy.

-Your morning mood can affect how you are going to feel for the rest of the day.

2. Smile.

      -It is definitely nice and free, even if you have bad teeth.

3. Greet the people you see.

      -Saying “Good morning” is really basic and important.

4. Praise the people you see.

-It is a nice way to let others know that they are good and you care about them.

5. Use positive words.

-If you know positive words, use them.  If you try to use more positive words in your daily conversation with others, you will feel more positive about things, people, including yourself.  If you don’t know where to start, try “good,” “thankful,” “useful,” “ beautiful,”etc.
